You know, I’ve been noticing on this dictations that, like I said send the patient to the neurologist and I get cardiologist, or the urologist. The reason we dictate in this country, which is very UNFORTUNATE, is to basically, you know, document everything and no one looks at these things closely until somebody gets suit. So, if I say to the patient “go see the urologist that is a prostate doctor and you put neurologist which is a nerve doctor, they’re gonna question me why patient is going to that doctor and I can get sued. So, let me know if it’s the way I am saying or what it is, but can we make sure that these are done right. It has been happening a lot especially the last dictations
